The successful candidate will carry out welding and fabrication work on commercial vehicle wheels, tyre-fitting equipment, workshop machinery, trailers, and other metal components while ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities: * Perform welding repairs on steel components, brackets, frames, and workshop equipment. * Fabricate and modify metal parts as required. * Inspect damaged components and determine appropriate repair methods. * Use MIG, TIG, or Arc welding equipment safely and effectively. * Assist with maintenance and repair of tyre-fitting machinery and tools. * Operate grinders, cutting equipment, drills, and other workshop tools. * Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area. * Follow all health and safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE. * Support tyre fitting and workshop operations when required. * Report equipment faults and material requirements to management. • Requirements: A minimum of 2 years relevant experience and valid certificates of qualification • Salary: €36,605 • Hours per week: 39 • Location: Tyre Tech Services,Killarney Road,Newcastle West, Co Limerick, V42 EY29 • Please send your CV: [apply via link]
