Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Bakery & Confectionery Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bakery and confectionery business.
Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the bakery and confectionery.
Lead, supervise and support the team, allocating tasks and monitoring performance.
Plan operations, control stock, purchasing and operational costs.
Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety, hygiene, and health and safety regulations.
Maintain high standards of product quality and customer service.
Monitor operational performance and implement improvements to increase business efficiency and profitability.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a management role within the restaurant, bakery, confectionery or hospitality sector.
Experience in team management, cost control, stock management and operations.
Excellent leadership, organisational, communication and decision-making skills.
Salary annual: €36,605
Salary hour: €18.05/hour
Weekly Hours: 39 hours
