Kerrywin Limited is looking to hire Business Development Executive SOC 3542 to work with them at The Waterfront, Rathmullan, Drogheda, Co Louth, A92HH75, Ireland. The job is permanent full time starting on 08/09/2026 at a salary of 36,610 euros annually and 37.5 hours work weekly. .Account / Client Relationship Management Serve as the main point of contact for assigned business clients / accounts, ensuring their needs are met, services are delivered, and issues resolved in a timely and customer‐oriented manner. Develop and maintain long‐term relationships with clients to sustain repeat business and build trust. Domestic Business Development Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the local market. Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic clients, distributors, and partners. Conduct market research to analyze customer preferences, competitor activities, and industry trends. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth targets in the domestic market. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with local customers. Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute campaigns tailored to domestic audiences. Track and report sales performance and recommend adjustments for improvement. .International Business Development Explore and establish business opportunities in international markets. Build partnerships with overseas clients, agents, and distributors. Conduct international market research to understand global trends, entry barriers, and competitive landscapes. Assist in developing market entry strategies, including compliance with international regulations and trade laws. Coordinate with export and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and delivery. Participate in global trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company internationally. Negotiate cross-border agreements, contracts, and collaborations with cultural and regulatory awareness. Monitor exchange rate impacts, tariffs, and other international trade variables affecting profitability. Cross-Functional Duties Prepare periodic reports on domestic and international sales performance for management. Work closely with product development teams to align offerings with market needs. Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high service quality standards across all regions. Provide feedback from both domestic and international clients to improve product and service offerings. Support digital initiatives for both local and global lead generation. Qualification & Experience: The candidate must have a degree or higher level qualification in Business, Administration etc. An elective or 0-1 years experience working in a similar profile is also a must. The candidate would also benefit from having worked previously in similar environment.
