Experienced and passionate Chef de Partie x 2 sought for an Indian Nepalese restaurant, Yomari Nepalese and Indian Cuisine, Main Street, Boyle, Co. Roscommon. Candidate Requirements: Minimum of two years relevant experience. Previous Chef de Partie experience is essential. Key responsibilities will include: Producing high quality meals from fresh ingredient using spices, running the Kitchen to a high standard, demonstrating high standard culinary skills, improving the existing menus etc. This is a permanent full time role.
