Luttrellstown Castle Unlimited T/A Luttrellstown Castle Resort, Castleknock, Dublin 15, D15 RH92 is looking for 3 (three) Chef de Partie. Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Chef. Experience working in a busy 4 star or 5 star kitchen is essential and must be a team player. Ensure all dishes leaving the kitchen are prepared to the approved standard and presentation. This is a full-time permanent role, salary range from €37,600-€41,000 per annum, Hours of work per week: 40 hours. Minimum of level 1 certification required.
