Prepare, cook, and present a wide variety of authentic Thai and Asian wok dishes to the highest standard.
Oversee the preparation and cooking of dishes in your section, ensuring quality and consistency of output .
Follow and execute pre-determined recipes and guidelines accurately .
Lead and mentor junior kitchen staff, delegating tasks effectively and providing training where needed .
Monitor and maintain strict food quality, ensuring all dishes meet safety regulations, presentation, and taste standards .
Manage stock levels of ingredients, track wastage, and assist with ordering to ensure cost-efficiency and minimise waste .
Collaborate with senior chefs to help design and develop new dishes, considering customer feedback and market trends .
Ensure full compliance with HACCP and health, safety, and hygiene regulations in the kitchen at all times .
Liaise with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth coordination between the kitchen and dining areas .
