You must have 2 years of hotel/restaurant experience for this position.
Duties will include but not limited to
Preparation of vegetables, meat, poultry regularly as per our recipes and business demands. Ordering, stock taking, receiving deliveries etc.
Cooking customer orders to our standards.
Cleaning, washing, sanitisation and general chef de partie duties.
The ideal candidate is quick learner, good communicator and enjoy working in a team.
This is a full time permanent position.
39 hours per week.
