What you'll do Supervise and support Cleaning Operatives, ensuring high cleaning standards and effective team performance. Recruit, train, induct, and manage staff, including appraisals, team briefings, and performance reviews. Monitor budgets, stock levels, and resources to deliver services efficiently and within agreed costs. Conduct audits, ensure contract compliance, and maintain health and safety standards across all operations. Build strong client relationships, drive continuous service improvement, and identify new business opportunities.
