Transland Group, a busy transport and logistics operator with offices in the UK and Ireland, is seeking to hire an experienced Customs Clearance Broker for its office in Dublin 11. This position would be an Evening Shift, working remotely. Roles and Responsibilities: Prepare and process import and export documentation according to the relevant Customs regulations Process both simplified and complex declarations Classify goods according to the TARIC system Calculate duty and tariff payments owed on shipments Keep up to date with developments in import / export regulations Prepare TAD documents on a daily basis Suitable applicants must possess the following skills: Minimum 2 years recent Customs Clearance experience Should know how to file pre-lodged/post-lodged entries, and raise/close TADs Experience in Logistics environment is preferable Fluent English (both written and verbal) Excellent administration and communication skills IT-literate with experience of freight management software Ability to work on own initiative and meet strict deadlines Flexibility to adapt to changing demands Working days are primarily Monday to Friday.
