Please note this is a 12 month contract.
Role:
Post Campaign Reporting
Management of Post Campaign Analysis (PCA) process end-to-end, ensuring
accurate and timely delivery of campaign performance reporting.
Deliver PCA reports within calendar timelines & agreed SLA timelines, maintaining a
high standard of data accuracy and insight quality.
Analyse campaign performance by combining sales data, shopper behaviour insights,
audience engagement metrics, and media channel performance.
Provide actionable recommendations and insights to internal stakeholders and clients
based on campaign results.
Present campaign findings and reporting outcomes to internal teams & clients as required.
Support investigation of sales performance analysis & ad hoc client-related queries.
Data Management
Manage shopper data for targeted marketing campaigns, including
targeted email and coupon activity.
Support execution of "Buy, Scan & Win" competitions in line with
campaign requirements.
Manage campaign barcodes, product & sales data required for reporting and
performance analysis.
Assist with store selection analysis, identifying locations with strong sales opportunities
for retail media activities.
Support data quality assurance and validation processes across campaign reporting
outputs.
Management of Case Studies Library
Co-ordination & management of Elevates’ case study library.
Transform campaign data into compelling commercial case studies for use in client
presentations (both existing & new clients).
Process Improvement & Automation
Continuously identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, workflow efficiency,
and data management practices.
Collaborate with technical & transformation project teams to enhance reporting capabilities.
Create process guideline & standard operating procedures to improve
efficiencies and consistency.
Skills/Experience
Strong problem-solving skills and a team player, experienced in working under tight deadlines and in dynamic environments.
Experience in working with teams, building strong working relationships.
Experience with using analytical and data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Looker etc.).
Operational experience with SQL or other programming language desirable.
Strong attention to detail and critical thinking to analyse, evaluate & interpret data.
Salary for this position is 37K per year
Weekly hours are 37.5
