Responsible for the completion of assigned maintenance jobs for the shift.
Play a leading role in the delivery of electrical efficiency targets for the site.
Proactive in determining risks and opportunities with regard to breakdowns, root cause analysis, etc
Ensure all tasks are carried out safely and in accordance with company policies and regulations.
Provide a keen focus on the overall site requirements from the perspective of production, NPD, trials, etc
Carry out equipment modifications where necessary. Be proactive in bringing forward ideas as to what could be done to improve efficiencies and drive performance.
Position is 12 hour shift across days, evenings, nights & weekends
Will be required to provide line cover on occasion during the production run.
Focus on continuous improvement initiatives.
Assist in training any new members of the Engineering / Maintenance team or upskilling current members.
Work as part of project teams where required.
Applicants who qualified outside Ireland must have their qualifications recognised by the relevant Irish certifying body.
