You will assist and communicate with the CCL on various administrative tasks related to Air Logistics shipments. You execute the necessary bookings with our partners and gateways. You execute the requisite data entry in our system associated with transport document generation in a correct and timely fashion (thus guaranteeing no delays due to missing or incorrect information). You liaise with our customer care specialists to ensure specific requirements are met (transit times, carrier selection, routings, etc.) as well as are responsible to coordinate, collaborate and communicate with colleagues in shared service centres resolving internal issues when they might occur. Finally, you take final responsibility for the correct delivery of all necessary paperwork in line with the current KN operational and legal standards. Completion of all operational KPIs are under your responsibilities and vital to the success of customer satisfaction. Understand and adhere to Regulatory HPRA – Health Products Regulatory Authority Guidelines, EU GDP Regulations, Irish Aviation Authority NCASP – National Civil Aviation Security Programme, IATA Regulations, ISO 9001, 14001, 28000 and 45001 in conjunction with Global QSHE Policies, Regional and National Integrated Management Systems. Responsibilities: Coordinate and align customer deliverables with customer care teams, partners and suppliers to manage the transportation of customer's cargo Ensure that now of every shipment, a quotation is in place and correct in the system QTAir, so you can easily process the shipment without entering any charge manually. Receive, analyze and interpret customer’s requirements and look for the best operational options to meet their needs. Handle customer specific reporting tasks and maintain client / cargo specific checklists. Execute Import or export tasks that are assigned to you within our operational system (Based on BPA) such as order entry and opening / file preparation including gathering, controlling and inputting data in the Order Entry. Systems’ functionalities should be used for improving your productivity (Shipment templates, Data Wallet, etc.) to create Airwaybills (HAWB, MAWB, IATA) Full compliance with QSHE requirements. Knowledge of and compliance with quality standards such as GXP and GDP. Experience: Logistics: minimum 1 year (required)
