As a Facilities Coordinator with Sodexo, you'll enhance the services of our vibrant corporate site, offering a helping hand to ensure flawless facilities operations and keep things running smoothly. What you'll do: Coordinate day-to-day office and facilities operations Ensure the office environment is clean, safe, organised, and fully operational Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance requests Liaise with external vendors, contractors, and service providers Raise and process Purchase Orders (POs) using SAP Create and manage Sales Orders in SAP Track invoices, deliveries, and payment-related documentation Support basic finance and accounting administration activities Assist with budget tracking and expense monitoring Coordinate meeting rooms, visitors, and office-related administrative tasks Maintain facilities records, contracts, and inventory documentation Support Health & Safety procedures and office compliance requirements Assist with general administrative and operational duties as required What you'll bring: Previous experience in facilities coordination, office administration, or operational support Experience using SAP for Purchase Order and Sales Order processing A basic understanding of finance and accounting processes Strong organisational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace Ability to work independently and effectively prioritise workloads Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills A collaborative approach with a positive attitude Why Sodexo?
