Job Title: Head Chef – Fujianese Cuisine Location: 121/122 Capel Street, Dublin 1. Ireland. Salary: €40,000–€55,000 per annum Hours: 39 hours per week, permanent full-time About the role: We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen of a restaurant specialising in authentic Fujianese cuisine and traditional Fujianese xiao chi (Chinese snacks and street food). Responsibilities: -Design and prepare authentic Chinese dishes. -Develop seasonal menus. -Supervise and train kitchen staff. -Manage food ordering and inventory. -Maintain HACCP standards. -Control food costs and minimise waste. -Ensure consistency and quality of all dishes. Essential requirements: -Several years' professional chef experience. -Experience preparing regional Chinese dishes from Fujian Province. -Experience managing a commercial kitchen. -Knowledge of HACCP and food safety. -Ability to train junior chefs. -Good organisational and communication skills.
