Role Summary
Homesavers is seeking an experienced HR Process Administrator to manage the day-to-day
administration of all HR processes across our retail and head office workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Administer end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll inputs, transfers, promotions, confirmations, performance cycle administration and exits, ensuring smooth and timely completion.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of ideal HR practices and apply them while executing processes consistently
Run HR operations smoothly by following defined policies, compliance needs, and best practice process steps
Consistently maintain accurate employee records in HR software and internal database.
Execute recruitment coordination including job posting support, candidate communication, interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer roll-out support.
Prepare and maintain employee documentation including contracts, change in terms, welfare forms other HR letters.
Manage onboarding execution including employee setup, documentation collection, induction coordination, and system access follow-ups.
Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, properly filed, and compliant with internal standards
Maintain accurate attendance and leave data, by correcting records and following up on gaps, preparing payroll inputs, responding to queries.
Handle general employee queries related to policies, payroll clarifications, leave, documentation and ensure closure tracking.
Execute HR documentation end-to-end including letters, confirmations, role change documents, and policy acknowledgements
Manage contract and probation tracking and confirmation process follow-ups, ensuring timely completion.
Coordinate employee logistics requirements such as POS Logins, discount cards and uniform tracking.
Identify gaps in execution and suggest improvements to make HR processes more efficient, structured, and scalable.
Ensure HR processes are executed within defined timelines and follow-ups are closed end-to end.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling employee information and HR records.
Skills and Experience Required
Strong working knowledge of standard HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
Highly execution-focused with the ability to independently run HR processes end-to-end.
Extremely detail-oriented, organised and reliable with strong communication skills and the ability to close tasks completely.
Basic knowledge of statutory compliance and HR documentation
Good technical skills with ability to accurately and consistently maintain Excel spreadsheets, update HRIS System, employee files, and process checklists.
Able to manage multiple parallel tasks, prioritize effectively, and deliver within timelines.
