Rosderra Farms are seeking to employ a number of Section Managers for its Pig Production sites in Cavan Tipperary and Laois The main duties responsibilities include: Managing all production aspects of the pig farm including physical performance, health production records, regulatory compliance and staff training. Implementing a standardised work routine and pig flow rotation across all aspects of the farm. Supporting and implementing Lean Processes on site Requirements The applicant will need to have technical and practical competence, as well as the ability to make sound business decisions Previous experience is essential and any formal qualification is greatly valued A proven track record in dealing and managing staff would be helpful Salary & Working Hours etc The salary for this position is €36,605 per annum reflecting the importance of the position as well as level of experience.
