We are seeking a Retail Training & Development Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This office-based role is responsible for the design, delivery, and evaluation of training programs that support the professional development of our retail store personnel. Key Responsibilities: ● Design and deliver structured training programs for retail store staff, including onboarding, product knowledge, customer service standards, and sales methodology ● Conduct training needs assessments across store locations and develop tailored curricula accordingly ● Produce training materials, documentation, and reference resources ● Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives, implementing improvements as required ● Provide store management with coaching frameworks and employee development plans ● Maintain awareness of industry best practices and evolving training methodologies Skills Needed: ● Demonstrated experience in training, coaching, or organizational development, preferably within a retail setting ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills ● Ability to translate organizational objectives into effective, actionable training content ● Strong organizational skills with a track record of program follow-through ● Capacity to work independently and manage time effectively We welcome applications from qualified candidates who are passionate about developing talent within a retail environment.
