Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement person-centred care plans Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure residents receive the highest standard of care Maintain a safe and supportive environment for residents, staff, and visitors Support residents in social, recreational, and educational activities Adhere to best nursing practices and regulatory standards Requirements: Nursing qualification and NMBI registration Knowledge of HIQA’s National Quality Standards for Residential Care Settings Understanding of dementia care and older persons' needs
