Systems & Workplace Coordinator Location: Dublin, Ireland Salary: €36,000 per annum OCSC is seeking a proactive and organised Systems & Workplace Coordinator to support workplace, quality, health & safety and sustainability system requirements, in a professional services environment. This role is office based. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate the implementation and continual improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS). • Support internal and external audits through the preparation of documentation. • Coordinate employee workplace inductions, social events and internal communication. • Coordinate workplace facilities services. • Coordinate employee wellbeing initiatives. • Develop effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and external service providers to support a positive workplace culture. Role Requirements • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or a related discipline. • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role. • Knowledge of ISO Management Systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 45001. • Experience supporting business management systems within an engineering/construction or professional services environment. • Knowledge of Net Zero initiatives. • Experience using HR Information Systems (HRIS), such as Rapport or an equivalent HR management system. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. • Excellent organisational, communication and administrative skills. • Qualification and experience in VDU/Display Screen Equipment (DSE) Workplace Assessments. • Knowledge of Irish Health and Safety legislation.
