O’Brien Landscaping is seeking an experienced Tractor Operator to join our sports construction and maintenance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in agriculture, greenkeeping, sports turf or landscaping who wants to move into a more specialised and technically interesting role working on high-quality sports surfaces. About the Role This position focuses on tractor-based operations within sports pitch construction, drainage and maintenance. You will be involved in: Sports pitch drainage installation (including sand slitting and associated works) Preparation and grading of sports surfaces Tractor-led operations using specialist equipment Supporting landscape and sports construction works where required Working across a range of high-quality sports and amenity sites This is primarily a machine-based role, but flexibility to support site activities is important.
