About the Role We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join our team at Masterlink Solutions Ltd, based in Parkwest Industrial Estate, Dublin 12. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in warehouse or logistics operations. Key Responsibilities Liaise with production, maintenance, sales and other departments to determine materials and items required for current and future production schedules and sales commitments Review, develop and implement stock control, handling and distribution policies to maximise use of space, money, labour and other resources Advise the purchasing department on type, quality and quantity of goods required and dates by which they must be available Prepare reports on expenditure and advise on materials and parts standardisation, future stores and stock control policies Decide on storage locations for particular items, allocate warehouse space and arrange for regular stock inspections to detect deterioration or damage Requirements Minimum 2 years' experience in warehouse or logistics (desirable) Skills Warehouse Operations, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Warehouse Logistics, Warehouse Control, Cycle Count, Distribution Logistics
