Chewbay Limited T/A Joule Ireland requires 1 Warranty Controller for full-time work in Unit 407 Northwest Business Park, Ballycoolin, Blanchardstown, D11 HD36, Dublin. The suitable candidate must be is responsible for coordinating and administering the company's warranty management process, ensuring the accurate recording, analysis, and resolution of warranty claims while working closely with suppliers and internal departments. The role oversees supplier warranty performance, manages supplier documentation and quality records, supports the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS), and ensures compliance with company quality standards and contractual requirements. In addition, the Warranty Controller plays a key role in ERP implementation by validating warranty workflows, supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), verifying system functionality, and contributing to the development of efficient business processes and reporting capabilities. Key Responsibilities - Manage warranty administration, including maintaining accurate warranty records, tracking claims, analysing warranty trends, and ensuring complete documentation for audit and compliance purposes. - Coordinate supplier warranty claims by liaising with suppliers and internal teams to resolve warranty issues, monitor claim progress, process credits, and escalate outstanding matters when required. - Support the Quality Management System (QMS) by maintaining quality documentation, updating procedures, managing supplier quality records, and contributing to continuous improvement and compliance initiatives. - Support ERP implementation by participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validating warranty and supplier workflows, verifying data accuracy, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure system requirements are met.
