We are looking for a full time Welder to join our team.
Successful candidates will have to weld and fabricate associated works related to the building, maintenance and repair of bus/coach bodies. Have the ability to read drawings, take measurements correctly, and complete fabrication end to end. Ensure fabrication traceability for materials and welding is as per client specification.
Have good communication skills, be self-efficient and be able to work unsupervised, on their own initiative, but also as part of a team.
Comply with all Safety, Health and other Company policies, procedures, requirements and maintain a clean working environment.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
• Carry out fault diagnosis and structure repair
• Performing MIG, TIG and other types of welding methods depending on the project.
• To carry out road testing and quality control inspections as instructed.
• Ensuring that all repairs comply with safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
• To deliver professional and efficient customer service at all times.
• To work as part of a team, maintaining a good working relationship between colleagues and customers.
• To adhere to correct working procedures, highlighting any errors or safety issues promptly to
Working Hours - 48 hours a week - Monday to Friday
