We are seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our busy workshop. Key Requirements: Valid EC Driver Licence (essential) Proven experience driving trucks and operating commercial vehicles Previous workshop, fleet, or vehicle maintenance management experience preferred Strong organisational and leadership skills Ability to manage staff, schedules, and vehicle maintenance programmes Knowledge of health and safety procedures Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Main Responsibilities: Manage daily workshop operations and workshop personnel Coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs, and inspections Ensure fleet vehicles are maintained to the highest standards Monitor compliance with roadworthiness and safety regulations Conduct vehicle movements and road tests as required Maintain accurate maintenance and service records
