Collaborate with business leaders, department heads, and operational teams to understand business needs, challenges, and opportunities and translate them into clear and actionable requirements. Analyse existing business processes, workflows, systems, and reporting structures to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement across business and operational functions. Document, structure, and prioritise business requirements to support the development and implementation of practical, technology-driven solutions. Support and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation, with a focus on improving efficiency, accuracy, cost effectiveness, and overall business performance. Identify opportunities for automation and AI integration across daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and operational processes. Develop and support automated reporting solutions using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other reporting or data visualisation tools. Explore and support the introduction of AI-based tools and automation technologies to reduce manual workload in areas including reporting, data entry, scheduling, forecasting, and operational analysis. Work with internal teams and external IT providers to support the design, development, and implementation of business systems and digital solutions. Support system integration activities to ensure new tools and platforms operate effectively with existing business systems, processes, and workflows. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure business requirements are clearly communicated, understood, and appropriately delivered. Assist with solution design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support for new systems and business process changes. Develop and enhance management reporting frameworks, dashboards, and performance tracking tools to support effective, data-driven decision-making. Support the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across reporting and operational systems. Promote appropriate data governance practices, including compliance with GDPR and internal data security requirements. Translate technical concepts into clear business language and communicate business requirements effectively to technical stakeholders. Support training, onboarding, documentation, and change management activities to assist with the successful adoption of new systems, processes, and technologies. Promote continuous improvement and digital innovation across the organisation by identifying and supporting smarter and more efficient ways of working.
