We have roles in Naas, Ballymore Eustace, Carlow, Athy and more. The roles involve supporting adults with intellectual disabilities and additional support, promoting independence and providing high-quality, person-centred care. The Role - Support service users with their day-to-day needs - Promote independence, choice and inclusion - Assist with personal care where required - Support social, recreational and community activities - Follow individual care and support plans - Maintain accurate records and documentation - Work as part of a team to provide a safe and supportive environment Working Hours - Candidates must be flexible to work residential shift patterns, including: - Day Shift: 8:00am – 8:00pm - Night Shift: 8:00pm – 8:00am - 24-Hour Shift: 8:00am – 8:00am, including sleepover from 12:00am – 8:00am - Weekend and Public Holiday work may be required Requirements - A relevant qualification in Social Care, Healthcare, Nursing Care, Disability Support or a related field - Good spoken and written English - A caring and person-centred approach - Ability to work effectively as part of a team - Flexibility to work residential shifts - Previous experience in healthcare, social care or disability services is an advantage - Full driving licence is desirable What’s Offered - Permanent, full-time positions - €14.50–€16.00 per hour, depending on experience - Premium Sunday rates - Double pay on Public Holidays - Full induction and ongoing support - Pay: €30,106.00-€38,532.00 per year
