We are seeking an ambitious and talented Head Chef to lead our culinary team and deliver exceptional dining experiences for Compass Group Ireland. This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week, with a salary of €43,680 per annum. This role is based at a busy, high-footfall leisure and education venue offering interactive, family-focused experiences. The site sees strong seasonal demand, particularly during summer and weekends, catering to a wide range of customers including families, school groups, and corporate visitors. This role will also assist in other locations and area of the business as and when is required. The position operates mainly daytime hours, with weekend working required and no night shifts, supporting a strong work-life balance. Free on-site parking is also available. As Head Chef, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding culinary experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
