Inventory Buyer required to work at Doreen’s Bakery Limited, located at Unit 9, Westside Centre, Model Farm Road, Bishopstown, Cork. The applicant must have at least one year of professional experience in this position or a similar role. Duties include: monitoring stock levels and placing purchase orders to ensure adequate inventory availability; liaising with suppliers to negotiate prices, delivery schedules and purchasing terms; analysing stock requirements and purchasing trends to support effective inventory planning; tracking purchase orders and following up with suppliers to ensure goods are delivered on time; and maintaining accurate purchasing and inventory records, resolving any discrepancies when required.
