Responsible for planning and executing the company’s digital marketing strategy across a range of digital channels, ensuring consistency with the company’s brand identity; creating and developing engaging, compelling and shareable content; managing and enhancing the company’s online presence and social media channels; developing strategies to increase website traffic, customer engagement and brand awareness; and implementing digital marketing initiatives to support the growth of the company’s coffee, retail, subscription and event services.
