Clare V14 FT53 The ideal candidate will be a Mechanical Fitter responsible for the installation, maintenance, servicing and repair of plant, machinery and mechanical equipment within a waste oil production and industrial environment. Duties will include maintaining and servicing pumps, oil burners, dosing systems, pipework, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, supporting the installation of new projects, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, and assisting with equipment installation at company and customer sites nationwide. The role requires diagnosing mechanical faults, performing repairs, welding, drilling and fabrication work, completing inspections and audits, and maintaining accurate maintenance records in line with company procedures. Candidates should have a recognised mechanical fitting qualification or equivalent apprenticeship, together with hands-on experience in manufacturing, production or heavy industrial environments. Experience working with pumping systems, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, and industrial plant maintenance would be advantageous. The successful candidate will work independently and as part of a team to ensure equipment reliability, minimise downtime, support continuous improvement initiatives, and maintain high standards of health, safety and operational compliance. This is a full-time role of 39 hours per week with an annual salary range of €36,605-€41,000. Interested applicants should send their CV to [apply via link]
