Job Summary Mobile Fox Repairs Ltd is seeking a skilled and motivated technician to diagnose, repair, test and maintain mobile phones, tablets, laptops, MacBooks and other electronic devices while providing a high standard of customer service. Key Responsibilities • Diagnose hardware and software faults in mobile phones, tablets, laptops and MacBooks. • Carry out screen, battery, charging port, camera and speaker repairs. • Perform motherboard troubleshooting and component-level repairs. • Carry out water-damage diagnostics, software installation, updates, data backup and recovery where applicable. • Repair Apple iPhone, iPad and MacBook devices, Samsung smartphones and tablets, Android devices from various manufacturers, and Windows laptops. • Test repaired devices to ensure quality and functionality. • Maintain accurate repair records and inventory. • Provide technical advice and support to customers. • Keep the workshop clean, organised and compliant with health and safety standards. • Stay up to date with new repair technologies and manufacturer procedures. Essential Skills & Qualifications • Experience repairing smartphones, tablets and laptops. • Strong understanding of electronic components and diagnostic techniques. • Experience repairing Apple and Samsung devices. • Ability to perform hardware replacement and software troubleshooting. • Familiarity with diagnostic tools and repair equipment. • Excellent problem-solving, communication and customer service skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • High attention to detail with good organisation and time-management skills.
