Cpl in partnership with our Client Pfizer are seeking Net Zero Scope 3 Strategy & Compliance Contractor to join the team in their state of the art site in Dublin, Grange Castle for a contingent 13 month fixed term contract. This is an on site role. This role supports enterprise sustainability strategy execution with a focus on EU regulatory compliance (EUDR and other emerging regulations), Scope 3 emissions reduction, and supplier engagement. The contractor will provide both strategic coordination and analytical support to enable effective delivery of cross-functional initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Regulatory Compliance & Program Coordination Coordinate cross-functional stakeholder meetings to support EUDR readiness Track milestones, risks, and interdependencies across other environmental regulatory workstreams Support execution of governance, reporting, and communication processes Supplier Engagement & Communications Execute supplier engagement initiatives aligned to sustainability and regulatory priorities Support rollout of supplier communications, forums, and engagement plans Maintain strong coordination across procurement, sustainability, and business teams Training & Change Management Develop clear, practical training materials on EUDR and Scope 3 processes Translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable guidance for internal stakeholders • Support capability building across business units Scope 3 Strategy Execution & Data Analysis Support analysis of supplier and emissions datasets to identify reduction opportunities Contribute to execution of the Scope 3 roadmap following release of the corporate standard (est. June 2026) Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and prioritization My Green Lab Program Support Coordinate My Green Lab initiatives and stakeholder engagement during coverage period Ensure continuity of program activities while team members are on leave Maintain tracking, communications, and reporting Value Proposition Accelerates progress on EUDR compliance efforts Strengthens supplier engagement and Scope 3 program execution capacity Provides additional analytical and coordination support during a critical roadmap implementation phase Ensures continuity of My Green Lab and sustainability initiatives during team transitions across business units.
