Candidates should: Have the ability to dismantle and repair damaged vehicles to a high standard consistently with minimal supervision and take pride in their work Have previous experience as a Panel Beater/Spray Painter Be flexible regarding their work schedule and hours Display good attention to detail at all times and be motivated.
