T & ZOS HEALTH LIMITED is seeking a commercially focused Sales and Business Development Manager to lead
membership growth, customer retention and local business development initiatives at its Limerick facility.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, monitoring
commercial performance, identifying new business opportunities and building partnerships within the local
community.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales and business development strategies to increase memberships and revenue.
- Establish and monitor monthly membership, retention and sales targets.
- Analyse leads, conversion rates, renewals, cancellations and overall sales performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer retention and reactivate former members.
- Develop partnerships with local businesses, employers, hotels, universities and community organisation.
- Develop and manage corporate membership opportunities and key customer accounts.
- Research local market trends, competitor pricing, services and promotional activity.
- Plan and coordinate local sales campaigns and promotional initiatives.
- Evaluate the commercial results of campaigns and recommend improvements.
- Train and support employees involved in membership sales and customer account management.
- Prepare regular sales and business development reports for senior management.
- Recommend improvements to membership packages, pricing strategies and customer acquisition processes.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, partnerships, sales activity and commercial performance.
Candidate Requirements
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience in sales, business development, customer account management or
a related commercial role.
- Demonstrated ability to develop sales opportunities and contribute to membership or revenue growth.
- Experience monitoring sales targets, customer retention and commercial performance.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Good analytical, organisational and reporting abilities.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for commercial development.
- Experience in the fitness, leisure, membership or service industry would be an advantage.
