The role combines sales, marketing, customer relationship management, and event promotion to increase revenue, attract new customers, and enhance the venue's reputation in both domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and traditional channels.
Promote the venue to corporate clients, tour operators, travel agents, event planners, and hospitality partners.
Generate new sales opportunities for restaurant bookings, functions and events.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients and key industry partners.
Create engaging content for social media platforms, websites, newsletters, and promotional materials.
Monitor marketing performance and prepare reports on campaign effectiveness and customer engagement.
Assist in developing promotional strategies to increase footfall, revenue, and brand awareness.
Represent The Church at networking events, trade exhibitions, tourism events, and industry meetings.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and business opportunities.
Coordinate with operational teams to ensure successful delivery of events and group bookings.
Maintain customer databases and support lead generation activities.
Assist in managing online reputation, review platforms, and customer feedback.
