We are looking for a Full-time Software Development Professional (Energy Analysis) to join our team in Dublin City Working pattern: Monday to Friday, 8:30-17:00, 39 hours per week. Fixed-Term Contract – 24 Months Main duties and responsibilities: Visiting client sites nationwide and engaging to manage, understand and deliver expectations Providing Team Lead support to help develop, review, and deploy software for optimisation deliverables. Preparing and delivering monthly newsletters and other energy awareness media. Working with the Energy Auditors to derive and inform key energy insights and messages Consulting with in-house controls teams to support and communicate the latest meter validation updates. Presenting and preparing monthly updates to client energy team meetings and workshops, as well as, weekly updates for internal review meetings. Developing presentations aligned with client expectations and formats. Assessing, monitoring and tracking operating protocols Tracking and scheduling data driven templates, logs, and trackers relative to site operations Acting as Software (Optimise) development delivery lead and point of contact for messaging, liaison, relationships, and deliverables management Development and delivery of client-facing presentation decks. Supporting client scheduling and project reporting/milestone management Client Awareness activities management and/or delivery on-site Analysing staff engagement through surveys, feedback tools, and supporting energy analysis roles as required Qualifications and experience: Relevant degree (or equivalent) plus demonstrable experience. Full, Clean, EU Driver’s License. Ability to manage client expectations independently Excellent communication, presentation, and workshop facilitation skills, with a professional approach. Strong analytical and data modelling skills. Excellent self-management and motivation, with the ability to work towards weekly targets Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Experience creating engaging presentations using PowerPoint, Canva, Prezi, Slidequest, or similar tools. Experience in Building Services, Facilities, Operations, or Energy Management is desirable.
