Description: Utilizing different talent acquisition strategies such as social media, job boards, and direct sourcing to identify top talent across various professional skills markets. Managing and driving full cycle recruiting process for internal and external candidates ensuring full understanding of Requirements Expert sourcing skills; Boolean strings, data mining, and the ability to build networks and maintain pipelines. Facilitating diversity and inclusion initiatives to ensure a diverse pool of candidates during the selection process. Collaborating closely with hiring managers to fill current and future vacancies. Monitoring candidate progress and tracking talent acquisition data using an applicant tracking system. Overseeing talent pool management and implementing strategic pipeline activities. Requirements: Minimum 2 Years’ Experience in a Talent Acquisition Role within an Agency environment.
